A consortium works with several groups for the success of all parties.

In the world of Tech-Prep, this consortium is a bridge between high schools, higher education including community and technical colleges, businesses and labor to produce skilled workers in high-tech/high-paying careers.

Federally funded through the Carl Perkins Act, the Heart of Texas Tech-Prep Consortium (HOTTPC) covers a six-county territory. Within the six counties, the consortium services 43 school districts. Visit the ISD site by clicking on the link in the district listing.
